Returns that are sent to us without the proper RA# Number or without their original box/package will be refused. Re-Stocking/Exchange Fee Shipping Costs are non-refundable. There is a $10.00 Re-Stock Fee for any of the following: - Refused Orders - Returns - Re-Shipping an Order or an Exchange - Address Correction or Wrong Address If you have a defective appliance, it must be returned to the manufacturer, therefore be sure to fill out any warranty information and keep a copy of your original receipt.
