Ardell 777 Perfector Plus
| 777 Perfector Plus protects against peroxide and ammonia burn and irritation from perming and coloring services. Can be used with any chemical service (perms, tinting, bleaching) to protect porous ends from over-processing. 777 Perfector Plus equalizes the porosity in the hair strand to ensure even color penetration and/or curl formation from scalp to ends. 777 Perfector Plus can also be added to shampoos to help restore hair that has been damaged by sun, wind, or chlorine. Closes the cuticle layers to revive the natural shine. |
